Terms and conditions

We guide you and apply on your behalf to language schools and universities, arrange accommodation, visas and preparation courses, and provide certified translation of documents.

We act as an intermediary between you and the institution: the admission decision rests with the institution, the visa decision with the visa authority, and approval of instalments with Jeel Pay. We do our best to make your application succeed, but we don’t guarantee admission or a visa.

Our guides and program pages are general guidance. For requirements and dates, the institution that sets them is the authority.

We don’t charge you for our service of applying to universities. We may receive a commission from some partner institutions under our agreements with them, and it isn’t added to what you pay.

• Prices shown on the platform are estimates: we calculate them from the institution’s published information at the time they are shown (including promotions and fees) and convert them to Saudi riyals at an indicative exchange rate. The institution’s currency is the reference.
• The price may change if the institution updates its prices, if the exchange rate changes, or depending on the start date and duration you choose.
• The official quote is what’s binding: the quote our team issues on your application page, with its items, currency, the amount due in Saudi riyals and its expiry date. Once it expires, we check the price with the institution again.
• Amounts other parties charge directly (visa fees, and health insurance unless it’s in the quote) are outside the quote unless it says otherwise.

• You pay nothing when you apply. After the official quote, you choose: pay through the platform by mada, credit card or Apple Pay, or by bank transfer when available — in full, or a deposit if one is offered — or another method you agree on with your advisor.
• Our server calculates the amount from the official quote and what you’ve already paid, and the amount of a pending transfer is set aside so you don’t pay twice.
• Online payments are processed by the Moyasar gateway, and your card details never reach us. A payment is confirmed when the gateway confirms it to our server, or when our team matches the transfer against the bank statement.
• Paying against a quote means you accept it.

• Instalments are optional, currently available for language schools after the official quote, and subject to Jeel Pay checking your eligibility and to its approval and terms. The instalment agreement is between you and Jeel Pay, and Jeel Pay sets the payment schedule and the number of payments.
• The program has a base price. If you pay the full amount, you get a full-payment discount (10%); if you pay in instalments, you pay the base price without this discount. You’ll see both prices before you choose.
• We don’t open an instalment request for a file that’s missing a required document, and payment is confirmed when Jeel Pay confirms it to our server.

• Translation is paid upfront, before work starts. Fees depend on the document type and number of pages and include VAT, and the turnaround time given when you order is an estimate.
• You can cancel the request and get a full refund as long as work hasn’t started. Once translation has started, fees aren’t refundable, and we’ll correct free of charge any translation error shown to be ours.
• You’ll receive the translated document in your account (“My applications”).

• Institution fees (tuition, accommodation and similar) are refunded under the institution’s own refund policy, and we help you request the refund. Non-refundable fees the institution deducts (such as enrolment fees) aren’t refunded.
• If the visa is refused, the institution’s refund policy applies, and visa fees aren’t refundable.
• We return refunded amounts by the same payment method once we receive them. Cancelling instalments is governed by Jeel Pay’s terms.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you write and upload, and for making sure the documents are yours and unaltered.
• We’ll ask you to re-upload anything that can’t be read clearly. If a document is shown to be forged or information to be misleading, we’ll stop processing the application and may inform the institution or the relevant authorities.

• Your account is your email and password. Don’t share your password or reset links with anyone — whoever has them can get into your account.
• You must not impersonate anyone else, submit fake applications, scrape the platform’s content, or try to disrupt the platform or access anything that isn’t yours. We may suspend any account that does.
• Platform content (text, guides and designs) is owned by or licensed to KD and may not be republished without permission.

• We aren’t responsible for decisions made by institutions, visa authorities or Jeel Pay, for their delays, or for changes they make to their programs, prices or dates.
• In any case, our liability doesn’t exceed what you paid KD itself for the service the claim relates to, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence, or where the law doesn’t allow this limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We’ll first try to resolve any dispute amicably when you contact us; if that isn’t possible, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.

KD has one official number for calls and WhatsApp: 0582357717. We will never ask for your password or card details by phone or message.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. Changes apply to new applications from the date they’re published, while an existing application is governed by the official quote you accepted.
